Season 1 / Episode 8: Michael Gurevich of Seven Hens

We all know the scary stories when it comes to the restaurant industry. Sky high failure rights, the long hours, the countless fires to put out all amount to a pretty big deterrent. Yet, some bold and brave people still go into the industry and try to fight their way through.

One such fighter is Michael Gurevich, the visionary behind a now-closed concept called Seven Hens. Michael brought schnitzel to Atlanta. Schnitzel, a common street-food found throughout the world, is a delicious chicken cutlet, tenderized, then breaded and fried golden. Quite delicious.

Today Michael joins us to talk about the scariest parts of the industry, operations, and owning  a restaurant. Have a listen and let us know your thoughts below!
