We’ve posted before on how innovation is happening in the hotel-restaurant sector, and today’s post continues pointing to that wave. The Able Butcher is a restaurant concept for the Hilton Hotel Group by Myoung Chung, featuring bespoke typography and energetic illustrations of tossed ingredients. The running theme here seems to be one centered around ‘gastronomic theatre’, interpreted in the dramatic contrast of color, dynamic layouts, and print pieces that look a bit like playbills. No touchpoint was overlooked here; even the smallest piece is imbued with vibrancy and energy.
