As Dallas Texas’ first true ramen bar, the bar was set pretty high for Tanoshii. They essentially had to introduce the food to the people in some form or another. That’s a big ask for a new restaurant brand, but one that was handled with strategy and design brilliance.
Mast, the branding firm behind the design, approached the project with the idea of creating a unique space that blends classic design and illustration with modern design elements. The logo is an simplified representation of a ramen bowl, but also “a nod to ramen being a centric food for bringing the family together and nourishing them.”
The other touchpoints come to life and marry the interiors with the print collateral and digital with experiential.
