Pizzaluxe Restaurant Branding

Happy Turkey Week ya’ll! To celebrate this day of thanks we’re going to feature a fun pizza joint, because we’re all thankful for pizza, amiright?

The identity for Pizzaluxe was developed by The Touch Agency in Edinburgh, they brought in illustrator Damien Weighill for some fun, trippy illustrations used throughout the brand. This concept is an extension of an existing location in Leeds, but they amped it up a little bit more focus towards their target audience. I think they did a great job. It’s simple and fun which makes me believe their pizza is served the same way. their motto is “Pizza made with deluxe ingredients but not deluxe prices.” This identity embraces color in a cool fun way and uses a non-traditional pizza box for takeout orders. It does make me wonder how they fit a whole pie into those rectangular boxes though.
