Sonny’s Soda Shoppe is a rooftop cocktail bar and gelateria at Mondrian Soho. It is inspired by 1950’s era Italian beach clubs, using a pink stripe pattern that is synonymous with umbrellas and beach towels on southern Italian beaches. Sonny is brought to life in several touchpoints across the brand as well.
