The Vermillion Room is a classic brasserie with alpine charm, taking cues from the history of the hotel it finds itself in. Classic design elements juxtaposed with more contemporary elements in both the printed, branded pieces and restaurant interiors helped guests feel like they had stepped back in time to another area of dining and hospitality. Custom typography and commissioned paintings ensure the touch points for the brand are layered with character and narrative which adds to the customers’ experience and enjoyment.
