LOV is a vegan restaurant in Montreal, and unfortunately, that’s all I can tell you about it since I can’t read French. However, I think each of these images speaks for themselves. The visual identity that TUX Creative Co. has created is nothing short of, well, lovely. Soothing deep emerald greens and other natural tones visually suggest the type of cuisine that LOV offers while gorgeous serifs hint at the luxury setting you’d find yourself in. The unique wordmark, unusually stacked and resembling a GPS pin, is the most unique component of the brand overall. If I had one critique about this visual system, it would be that the playfulness of the logo could have been injected elsewhere, really bringing the rest of the brand to life. Regardless, it’s not a deal-breaker, as LOV is still a place I plan on visiting if I ever find myself in Montreal.
