One thing we love about BBQ is the uncomplicatedness of it, even though there are a lot of fancy BBQ restaurants we all secretly know that some of the best places are the quick and mainstream joints. And that is exactly what Bluesmoke is, a fast-casual New York Barbecue place, inspired in the city itself. The brand identity borrows elements from the streets of New York and in a very ownable way tides graffiti, signage, and street stickers and creates a unique and creative expression of the brand and New Yorkers. We love about this brand identity that creates a parallel between two very different cultures and yet it makes perfect sense. The Sidewalk culture of the city and the southern country culture of Barbecue. This BBQ joint doesn’t try to be like any other, rather it proudly owns the title of Original New York Barbecue.
