LAB180 is a Spanish gastronomic restaurant located in an industrial laboratory space on street No.180 in Vilnius, Lithuania, hence the name. The laboratory space informs a lot of the branding and cuisine of this eatery; many of the visual elements combine illustrations from books on animal biology, astronomical charts, and molecular schematics. The palette is subdued and cold, mirroring the scientific approach to the food. The layout of the menu is equally structured and clinical, being presented on a clipboard to really drive the lab theme home.
