Fat Dragon is an easy-going Chinese restaurant in Silverlake, California that breathes new life into classic Chinese dishes. Farm Design takes this and does the same to tired old Chinese restaurant tropes — traditional red is used in modern ways, contemporary typography pairs up with traditional Chinese characters, and the dragon is illustrated in a stylized way. I’m a sucker for a great neon sign, and the dragon illustration translates to the medium beautifully.
