Airport restaurants, appealing to a captive audience, usually are on the drab and simple side of things. Bravo wanted to change that with Jinjja Chicken, a Korean fast-casual restaurant chain. They designed an immersive dining space by taking inspiration from the bright lights and fast-paced life of cities in Korea, re-interpreting that though industrial materials and plenty of neon throughout the space.
