We grew up knowing food trucks to be a quick fix meal on the run, but with very poor sanitary practices. Things have changed dramatically since those times we call “The 80s.” Now, food trucks are literally showing up everywhere with that same promise of truly “fast food.” Staying true to form, marketers are finding ways to help out food trucks in their endeavors to “swarm” places they’ll be serving up the goods.
