Victoria, British Columbia, Canada’s top BBQ joint, Pig BBQ, wanted to go mobile and Caste created the perfect food truck for them. The Pigmobile serves up their legendary barbecue and does so with distinction. Reminiscent of heshers everywhere and their 80’s rock vans with airbrushed portraits of awesomeness, The Pigmobile is outfitted with not just great barbecue but also a mural of good-guy pig fighting for a good cause. Other characters in the pig’s quest include flying unicorn pigs, a knight and erupting volcanoes. With the frequency of food trucks on every corner increasing, Pig BBQ has a memorable one to help them stand out among the legion.
