Teatro del Pane restaurant branding

Teatro Del Pane translates to “Bread Theater” in English. The idea is a celebration of the ancient theater experience where bread was the epicenter of the table, and theater was one of the most popular forms of entertainment.  The identity for this concept leverages strong, handcrafted typography with bold contrasting colors to create an emotional, moody vibe. Unique layouts and the addition of rudimentary illustration styles of theater production scenes helps sell in the idea of the melding of the two elements that comprise the brand name and experience.
