FunkyBio is an organic market determined to rethink the “green approach”: for them, caring about the earth should be fun, and about sharing positive vibes. They also believe it should always have a soundtrack: of pure, genuine and original FUNK. Much of the lines of copy found throughout their brand is inspired by original funk lyrics, you’ll instantly recognize some from James Brown below.
Their visual identity is fun, colorful and happy, borrowing its patterns and colors from nature. The contrast between color and materials is lovely; the bright, geometric patterns work really well against the brown bag kraft paper that is synonymous with higher-end grocery stores.
Natalie is a graphic designer, illustrator, and generally awesome person at Vigor, a restaurant & beverage branding & marketing agency . She is passionate about branding and designs that create connections between people, communities, businesses, and new ideas, and is a dedicated, hard working designer with a sunny outlook and a knack for people. She enjoys late night road trips, knitting, making people laugh, and acquiring new accents.
