Watson Vegan Truck Identity, Menu & Packaging...

Watson Vegan Truck Identity, Menu & Packaging Design by Donovan Bernini

I have to start this post with a disclaimer; I’m not sure if this brand is a ‘real’ one, and what I mean by that is I couldn’t find an evidence outside of design blogs and portfolio sites that this is an existing business. Regardless, even if it is just a branding exercise, it’s one that is crafted and photographed beautifully. Watson Vegan Truck is is a food truck selling vegans burgers on Swiss roads. The visual identity of the project mixed trends in fast food with the premium look of vegan food, and incorporates the typographic hierarchy and focus that is synonymous with Swiss design. It’s also a great example of how using just one typeface can be a strong design choice and instill enough personality in a brand to make it distinctive, when done in the right way.
