Blaho is a restaurant located in Santa Fe, Mexico City. With heath as their main focus, the brand is designed with “weightlessness” as their core concept and they’ve accomplished this with simple, floating geometric shapes, thin outlines, and a clever combination of traditional serif and geometric sans-serif typefaces. The logotype itself is an excellent demonstration of their core concept with the floating “o” that introduces an air of whimsy to an otherwise traditional and serious typeface. All of these elements are rounded out with a sophisticated mix of dark backgrounds, vibrant but natural colors, and the use of recycled materials.
A wonderful balance of fun and sophistication. Blaho by Panel Studio.
