Chef Ehren Ryan considers himself the black sheep of his family given his globally diverse culinary background and free spirit. Perky Bros was tasked with capturing the chef’s personality, philosophy and background with the opening of his first restaurant. Common Lot, as they named it, is contradictory in the best kind of ways, much like its head chef. Refined but not snooty, casual but well-curated, it represents a type of person who is serious about food but truly enjoys and lives for the act of sharing it with others.
