The Underground Tacos Branding by Hannah Ream

It’s Tuesday and you all know what that means! Yes! TACO TUESDAY! That’s why today we bring you a fun and quirky Taco joint in New York City. Influenced by the underground punk rock scene in the city, The Underground borrows visual treatments to create a unique and off-the-wall brand. It’s easy to see the music poster influence, on the size and typographical treatment, as well as the newspaper inspiration. Another very unique element of the visual identity is the use of arrows and shapes that echos the city’s iconic public transportation that make it very uniquely a New York kinda place.
