Our main inspiration for the project was an incontrovertible truth: “in Mexico we eat and drink well.” This is how our “Nacional Gastronómica” (gastronomic nation) concept arises, which means: recognizing and feeling proud of how rich the Mexican gastronomy is, which goes from Baja to the Yucatan peninsula.; especially when paired with a very cold beer or a mezcal.
