Urban Tiger is a pan-asian restaurant with culinary roots in both Malaysian and Singaporean cuisine. Using a domesticated tiger wearing a small hat and art deco elements, Eszter Laki was able to transform a very whimsical subject into a classy, elevated brand experience. The typography selection, strict grids, and controlled navy and gold color palette contains the brand but also creates a stark contrast between it and the food in a way that really spotlights the creativity and colors of each dish.
