Seis Montes arises with the idea of bringing to Montevideo the best coffee beans directly from the producer to roast them near the people and coffee shops that consume them. The Roman numeral VI appears as a symbol of the cartographical origin of the city name “MONTE VI from E to O” and relates to the roaster in a manner of discovery of new origins and flavors.
