The greatest accomplishment by design group Brigade in their work with Burgerville is helping transform the burger joint’s image into something more wholesome and trustworthy. Brigade was charged with working with n20 Group to evolve the logo, introduce a new tagline (“Fresh*Local*Sustainable”) and create an entirely new line of creative printed materials. Many companies attempt to promote fresh products from local sources, but sometimes it can fall on deaf ears because ultimately a consumer has to trust the company to do what they say they do. Too often, consumers don’t have that trust. Burgerville, like any restaurant, has to earn that trust, but their colorful and friendly branding goes a long way toward introducing such a concept to their existing and new customers. Brigade also did a nice job incorporating Burgerville facts and philosophies into their packaging without coming off too obtrusive.
