BeeNZ 29+ UMF Visual identity & Packaging Design by Society

We don’t typically think of honey as a high-end product, but when one takes a second to think about everything that goes into its creation (what flowers are in bloom, where the bees and flowers are located, the time of year, the state of the hive) it really starts to register more as the liquid gold that it is. Sometimes, when these four factors come together in a unique way, a rare kind of honey with a unique flavor profile is made, and something like it may never happen again. Society treated each of these serendipitous components with the utmost care, telling the story of each through the special edition honey they designed for BeeNZ. Each side of the textured stock box represents one of these elements in beautiful honey-gold foil. The whole thing then unfolds, like a flower, revealing the jar of honey inside and reflecting onto the jar. A handstitched booklet accompanies the package, telling the story of the product in a longer form, with beautiful editorial photography and clean typography throughout.

Natalie is a graphic designer, illustrator, and generally awesome person at Vigor, a restaurant & beverage branding & marketing agency . She is passionate about branding and designs that create connections between people, communities, businesses, and new ideas, and is a dedicated, hard working designer with a sunny outlook and a knack for people. She enjoys late night road trips, knitting, making people laugh, and acquiring new accents.
