Candela is a Peruvian company that processes and markets natural products made from local ingredients. They connect small producers with consumers via a diverse line of products and promote care of Peru’s natural resources and fair trade. Infinito was tasked with renewing their identity, and part of that was developing a line of packaging for each of their products.
The logo itself is very simple; an abstract geometric form of a candle (their name means candle in Spanish), which contrasts sharply with the hand-made, organic illustrations that encapsulate the rest of the packaging. The illustrations feature Peru’s diverse and plentiful natural resources and makes sure to show working hands of the producers that nurture those crops.
