RockFilter is an organic farm distillery in Spring Grove, Minnesota. The founder and head distiller is a fourth-generation resident of the town, and so the history of Spring Grove is inherently tied into the spirit of RockFilter. Each bottle of spirit features a family or local story, and as the spirit is drunk, reveals the story on the back of the label.
